The Harris Social Impact Fellowship is a full-time, 11-month program at the University of Chicago for recent graduates and early-career professionals with strong technical or quantitative skills. Fellows complete eight weeks of policy and data-analysis coursework followed by nine months of applied learning at a research center or policy institute. The 2027–2028 award includes a $75,000 living and healthcare stipend plus $21,000 covering the academic credential. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the University cannot sponsor visas. Applications are due October 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
